Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The game had a very big importance for third-ranked Immortals as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Immortals defeated 8th ranked Santiago Max at home 87-69. Immortals outrebounded Santiago Max 47-24 including a 29-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of American power forward Sterling Manley (213-1998, college: UNC) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds and the other American import forward Tay Hall (197-2003, college: Gulf Coast CC) who added 16 points and 10 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) during the contest. At the losing side Jhoan Pena (195-1994) responded with 11 points and 6 rebounds. Immortals (6-2) have an impressive five-game winning streak. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings, which they share with Mambas. Santiago Max lost seventh consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with seven games lost. They share the position with Santiago Basket. Santiago Max will play next round against Fenix trying to get back on the winning streak. It will be a derby game for which supporters look forward to, where their team will face at home their local rival from Santiago - Fenix. Immortals will try to continue on its current victory against third ranked CPN. It will be extra interesting game as CPN is their local rival from Santiago.

Santiago Basket recorded a loss to Mambas on the road 64-80. Santiago Basket was defeated by Immortals on its own court 70-80. Bottom-ranked Santiago Max was beaten by Mambas in Santiago 55-50.

Very expected game when 7th ranked Santiago Basket (1-7) was defeated at home by top-ranked CPN (5-0) 74-62 on Thursday. Guard Milosevic Rivera (193-1996) fired 20 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 blocks for the winners. Micky Rosario chipped in 14 points and 7 rebounds. Four CPN players scored in double figures. Guard Dhariam Melendez (180) produced 18 points and American guard Brandon Hill (185-1987, college: Potomac St.) added 11 points respectively for lost side. CPN have an impressive five-game winning streak. Despite that victory CPN went down to third position due to points difference. Santiago Basket lost fifth consecutive game.
